What We’re Looking For
Infisical is growing fast, and we're looking for an Open Source Engineer to champion the open source side of our platform. While we have an enterprise offering, this role is dedicated to nurturing our open source community. You'll maintain engagement, make Infisical easier to contribute to, and ship features alongside community members. You'll be the bridge between Infisical and the developers who use and build with us, whether they're trying it out for the first time or scaling it in production. Your focus: make Infisical effortless to adopt and help grow a thriving open source community.
You’ll work closely with our CTO and engineering team to:
Design, build, and maintain core Infisical open source components across secrets management, PKI, PAM, etc..,
Engage with our OSS community. Triage issues, review PR’s, and create structure for contributors.
Build and maintain contributor documentation.
Requirements
5+ years of experience across full stack development.
Extensive experience working within the Typescript ecosystem.
Experience working with Go in production settings (CLI development, K8s development, and other related fields).
Extensive experience contributing to, or maintaining open source projects.
Exceptional written and verbal English skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
Comfortable communicating with developer audiences, and providing constructive feedback.
Based in the Americas or ability to consistently work in the Americas time zone (US, Canada, or LATAM).
How You’ll Grow
You’ll be one of the first open source engineering hires at Infisical and play a foundational role in shaping the growth of the Infisical Open Source project.
You’ll help define how we interact with our open source community and involve them in building out the product.
