The Role

Onfy is a pharmaceutical marketplace in Germany. Onfy brings a new approach to healthcare and makes it convenient, tech-oriented, and accessible. Today, it is the only platform in Germany that allows consumers to order and receive goods from several pharmacies at once at the best price and in the shortest possible time. Onfy is one of the key businesses of Joom Group, an international tech-centric group of e-commerce companies founded in 2016 in Latvia. Joom Group also includes the following businesses: Joom, a global cross-border marketplace; JoomPro, the first and only end-to-end cross-border B2B marketplace; and JoomPulse, an AI analytics tool for Mercado Livre sellers. Joom Group’s offices are located in China, Brazil, Portugal, Latvia, and Germany, with headquarters in Lisbon, Portugal.

Now we are looking for an energetic and organized Office Manageron a mini-job basis to join our Berlin team. You will be the heart of our office, ensuring a comfortable and productive environment for our employees and managing all daily administrative operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and maintain a welcoming environment for employees and guests
  • Coordinate with office vendors, including cleaning services, maintenance, and catering
  • Procure office supplies, snacks, and equipment while managing the office budget
  • Support the HR and IT teams with onboarding new employees in the Berlin office
  • Organize internal team events, workshops, and celebrations
  • Handle incoming mail, shipments, and general administrative inquiries
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the office space

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar operational role
  • Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of office-related projects

Preferred

  • Experience working in a fast-paced tech startup or international environment
  • Basic knowledge of German labor safety standards (Arbeitssicherheit)
