Network Solution Architect

We are seeking a Network Solution Architect to join one of our platinum accounts. This is a senior-level role requiring deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong client-facing skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, selling, and delivering innovative network solutions that meet complex customer requirements.

Due to customer requirements, successful applicants must be eligible for high-level UK Security Clearance (SC) and must be able to travel to the Erskine or Newcastle site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and delivery of secure, scalable network solutions across enterprise environments.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, engaging directly to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Drive solution selling by identifying opportunities, shaping proposals, and presenting architectures to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure seamless delivery of network services.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior architects and engineers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues, considering downstream impacts on service delivery and client satisfaction.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Proven experience in enterprise networking and solution architecture.
• Strong background in Aruba switching (AOS-S & CX) and platforms such as 2930, 6300, 8300, 8400 CX10K.
• Expertise in Palo Alto Firewalls, PAN-OS 10.x, and VPN technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and hybrid network architectures.
• Wireless LAN architecture experience with Cisco/Aruba, including Multizone and Aruba Central On-Prem.
• Deep understanding of network protocols: OSPF, BGP, Spanning Tree, IPSec, VXLAN, NSX-T.
• Experience with NAC, ZTNA, Aruba Clearpass, VMware/VxRail.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Skilled in time, priority, and task management.
