Job Description

  • Developing and maintaining the existing managed IT infrastructure, including WAN, SD-WAN, LAN, and WLAN.
  • Handling service requests.
  • Executing IT infrastructure projects by implementing solutions.
  • Diagnosing, analyzing, and ensuring the proper operation of the LAN/WAN network.
  • Managing and administering computer network monitoring.
  • Creating documentation and procedures.
  • Providing technical support to development and business support teams.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in supporting network technologies in mid/large-size companies.
  • Practical knowledge of network security and VPN configuration.
  • Experience in configuring Cisco and Fortinet devices.
  • Knowledge of issues related to the management of LAN/WAN/WLAN networks.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Availability for on-call duty, including one on-call rotation, 24/7.
  • Availability for business travel.
  • Good spoken and written English skills, at a minimum of B2 level.
  • Valid driving license for category B.
