Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to

join our team. This position will primarily focus on generating new business opportunities by

targeting clients in US market. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication

skills, be comfortable to travel onsite, and have a strong desire to succeed in a sales-driven

environment.

Responsibilities:

 Should have expertise in direct selling and a good track record in acquisition of new

clients.

 Actively seek and enable new revenue opportunities.

 Work with new and existing clients to drive business and revenue.

 Understand and analyze customer's business needs, technical requirements and

current challenges. Position the right offering accordingly, highlighting the relevant

product capabilities to demonstrate value.

 Manage the entire sales cycle from qualifying to scoping the opportunity, conducting

solution demonstrations, negotiating and closing business.

 The prospect will be responsible for the sales of solutions in the Enterprise/ Mid-

Market and SME segments in the USA, UK, Europe & India region (Primarily USA) and

achieve the sales revenue/targets ensuring deal quality as per KPI's.

 Own the sales cycle/funnel which includes activities like but not limited to

introducing, positioning, presenting solutions, proposal, contracting, commercials

negotiations till sales closure.

 Expected to work as a consultative solution sales expert and create/maintain

excellent relationships with clients and be able to tailor products, pitch according to

their specifications.

 To work closely with the Operations Team to drive solution designs, working on

Requirement documents for proposals, contracts/agreement closures and deal

closures,

 Developing and implementing new client acquisition strategy, market mapping and

analytics of the markets, etc.

 Prepare business development strategies by proactively researching and anticipating

prospective client needs.

 Work closely with Inside Sales team to ensure sufficient leads pipeline is there for

their teams and themselves.

 Securing business opportunities by cultivating mutually beneficial business

relationships with current and potential clients.

Preferred candidate profile:

 Candidate should have minimum 8+ years of experience in IT Sales.

 Qualification : B.E./B.Tech /MBA.

 Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

 Ability to present and sell with ease.

 Strong people skills.

 Experience in solution selling and able to cross sell products in large enterprises.

 Candidate with inherent drive in genuinely solving customer problems and exceeding

revenue quotas.

Skills & Abilities:

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 Good Presentation skills, should be able to create ppts, models, ROI Plans.

 Experience in B2B solution selling in Banking, Finance, Insurance, Healthcare, Retail

domains.

 Concept selling, software solution sales experience, ability to engage and influence a

client.

Good to Have:

 Hands on experience an understanding of CRM & tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

 Should be eager to understand Technology.

 Should be able to handle RFPs and create proposals basis the same

 An entrepreneurial mind-set, sense of ownership to genuinely solve customer problems,

become a trusted advisor to customers and make

Skills Required

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in IT Sales
  • B.E. / B.Tech / MBA
  • Proven track record in direct selling and new client acquisition
  • Experience in solution selling and cross-selling in large enterprises
  • Experience selling B2B solutions in Banking, Finance, Insurance, Healthcare, or Retail domains
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills; ability to create PowerPoint decks, models, and ROI plans
  • Ability to manage full sales cycle: qualifying, scoping, demos, negotiating, and closing
  • Comfortable traveling onsite
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Ability to handle RFPs and prepare proposals
  • Eagerness to understand technology and act as consultative solution sales expert
