Job Summary:

The National Sales Manager for our Sinks division is a key contributor to developing and implementing commercial product growth strategies in conjunction with the Sinks business unit leadership and product management. This strategic contributor is responsible for sales growth and market share gain opportunities with new and existing customers. Manages the sales effectiveness of the independent reps and ensures that the sales funnel remains on track to deliver to budget expectations. This role requires up to 75% travel. 

The compensation range for this position ($101,936 - $152,904) is a good faith estimate of the base salary expected to be paid as performed from these locations. Actual salaries may vary based on compensable factors including but not limited to skillset, experience, education and training, and other relevant business and organizational factors.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all Zurn Elkay sink business development, working with Sales Team to deliver.

  • Develop, align and supervise execution of strategic plans to achieve sales targets with Directors and Regional team.

  • Assist Directors & Finance in Sink Sales forecasting.

  • Develop/maintain strong key relationships with large Sink Customers.

  • Collaborate and assist with Area Manager Sales team to deliver Sink Budget.

  • Work with Product Management to identify gaps & new opportunities for Sink business.

  • Work with Product Management to assist ZE sinks product training development in order to communicate value proposition.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with a focus on Marketing, Engineering, Business, or related discipline required.

  • 5+ years of related sales and/or product management experience in the field.

  • Experience with water management and plumbing products.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Customer Focus – Ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions.

  • Action Oriented – Takes on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.
