We are recruiting an MRO Document and Data Specialist to provide professional maintenance support across the MRO capability with a primary focus on document governance while supporting Part-145, Safety and Quality data analytics. This role will ensure a system-level approach to document and data management, drive predictive risk modelling, and translate analytics into capability-level insights that improve maintenance, safety and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead central MRO document governance and develop a robust document management framework aligned with corporate and capability requirements.
- Own data governance for Part-145 metrics, safety management, and quality indicators; ensure data integrity and traceability across systems.
- Define data requirements and manage analytics delivery, translate data and support capability-level insights and actionable recommendations.
- Present safety, quality and risk modelling initiatives and develop predictive risk models to drive proactive interventions.
- Map and validate data across systems to support a system-of-systems view rather than siloed processes.
- Communicate findings and governance updates to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Necessary requirements
- Australian Citizenship - due to the ability to hold or obtain a ASVGA Clearance
- C class driver's license.
- Hands-on experience with document repository systems, understanding how the system is maintained and integrates with stakeholders (desirable)
- Hands-on experience with management of data sources; being able to analyze, present conclusions and lead continuous improvement initiatives (desirable)
- Training and experience in Project Management
