Job Description: Senior Software Engineer (Node.js + React.js)
Role Overview:-
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in Node.js and React.js, along with hands-on experience in the Retail Collections domain (Banking sector). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications that support collections and recovery processes.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js
Build responsive and high-performance user interfaces using React.js
Work on applications related to retail collections, loan recovery, and debt management systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, business, and QA
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security
Integrate APIs and third-party services relevant to banking and collections workflows
Participate in code reviews and ensure best coding practices
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently
Must Have Skills
Strong hands-on experience in Node.js (primary skill)
Experience with React.js for frontend development
Mandatory domain experience in Retail Collections (Banking/NBFC)
Solid understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture
Experience with databases like MongoDB / MySQL / PostgreSQL
Familiarity with Git and version control systems
