Initiate the wire transfer to disburse loan funds and review/approve executed closing documents to ensure a smooth, stress-free closing for our borrowers.
Review closing documentation and validate data within our Loan Origination System (Encompass).
Initiate the wire for release to the settlement agent and ensure management is notified for wire approval.
Review and approve signed closing documents, notifying the settlement agent to release funds.
Communicate (Phone/Email) with the Settlement Agent if additional conditions are required.
Register the loan in the MERS system.
Collaborate with other Post-Closing team members to ensure the timely completion of all daily duties.
