Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions. The SME will act as the go to authority for ServiceNow best practices, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT service management (ITSM) standards.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & ImplementationArchitect and configure ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, etc.).

Lead integrations with third party tools and enterprise systems.

Develop workflows, automation, and custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.

Governance & Best PracticesDefine ServiceNow standards, guidelines, and governance frameworks.

Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and organizational policies.

Conduct regular audits and performance tuning.

ï¿• Stakeholder Engagement

Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements.

Translate business needs into technical solutions.

Provide expert guidance and training to internal teams.

ï¿• Continuous Improvement

Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization.

Stay updated with ServiceNow releases and new features.

Drive adoption of platform enhancements across the organization.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Expertise

6‿10 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, etc.).

Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow scripting.

Certifications

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in at least one module.

ITIL v3/v4 certification preferred.

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.

Ability to lead cross functional teams and mentor junior developers.

Skills Required

  • 6-10 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
