If you want to:
- Conduct user research using a wide variety of qualitative and quantitative methods, including surveys, usability testing (moderated and unmoderated), 5s tests, user interviews, data analysis, etc.;
- Analyze user behavior and purchase flows to identify pain points and opportunities for improvements that would be translated into hypotheses for a/b tests;
- Own the entire research process - from picking the method and forming research goals to reporting the findings and managing stakeholders;
- Closely collaborate with other teams, such as the experimentation, web development, and design teams;
- Provide guidance in helping other colleagues conduct research activities.
And you can check off:
- Proven experience in research working within a dynamic web-focused environment (ideally with experimentation/CRO teams where research is an integral part of the process);
- In-depth knowledge of mixed methods;
- Experience with various research tools like unmoderated testing platforms (Maze, Useberry, etc), User Interviews, Google Analytics, and behavioral insights tools;
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights and actionable recommendations;
- Ability to report research findings clearly, engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels;
- Strong sense of ownership in everything you do;
- Great communication and collaboration skills.
