The Role

-Provides guidance, fosters growth, and inspires team members.

-Manages and leads a sales team within a specific territory. Communicates, implements, and executes all sales activities and strategies to maximize revenue in alignment with corporate objectives. Provides accurate revenue forecasts.

-Responsible for managing the hiring, staffing, and maintenance of a diverse and effective workforce.

-Responsible for the career development and planning, performance evaluations, and salary discussions of team members.

-Manages a team of software field sales representatives responsible for selling the organization's software products or services to designated existing named or strategic accounts across various regions.

-Regularly and customarily engaged at client's facilities.

-Tasked with coordinating the engagement of cross-functional teams with accounts.

-Takes on responsibility for achieving sales objectives.

-8 years of software sales experience is required.

-Prior leadership experience

-Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

-In-depth understanding of customer and industry dynamics.

-Moderate to advanced knowledge of solutions and technical aspects.

-Preference for experience managing commercial accounts.

-Proven experience collaborating with Regional Partners and Global Systems Integrators (GSIs).
