Role and Responsibility
• Be responsible for all equipment management, like Die bonder, Wire bonder, Aligner, tester and all other fixture/jig, tool, instrument/meter.
• Be responsible for equipment management procedure, control the all the activities from new equipment implementation to end of life.
• Follow up all FACN documents for ME team, provide BOI, TISI information during the transfer.
• Move the equipment between different locations or different sites, register and audit the location regularly.
• Leading the equipment scrap procedure.
• Maintain the equipment master list and equipment management system.
Required Qualification
• Bachelor Degree of Engineering or above in optical Fiber communication, electrical, electronics, computer or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as equipment engineer in semiconductor assembly or optical products.
• Experience must related with die attach, wire bonding, mechanical alignment and test.
• Good English communication skills in reading, writing and speaking.
