Job Description

This role forms a business relationship and management link between Old Mutual Mass Foundation Cluster Franchises. This ensures the effective marketing and new business growth of Old Mutual products through the aforementioned Franchises. The incumbent is individually accountable for achieving results through their own efforts and expert knowledge in administration, product and resolution. The incumbent will also act in a consulting intermediary role with the franchise to ensure that the franchise meets required targets.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Marketing Old Mutual MFC services and products to the Franchise business

• Marketing Old Mutual/MFC value proposition

• Assist in developing and securing new business

• Increasing Franchises effectiveness and maximizes business potential

• Identifying, scheduling, and facilitating ongoing and ad-hoc training of new and existing Franchise Agents and Franchise principles

• Building and maintaining relationships with Franchises

• Facilitating all Agent and Franchise Principle on-boarding (incl. pre-vetting)

• Ensuring compliance is met in line with the regulatory governance

• Providing admin support to the FP’s, not limited to the downloading of commission and payslips, statements for FPs and FAs and distributing accreditation letters after completion of training

Requirements:

• Matric

• Post matric qualification is desirable

• 5 -10 years sales experience within the insurance industry

• RE1 and 5 advantageous

• FSCA Approved Qualification (120 Credits) advantageous

• Computer Literacy in MS Office (Excel, Word and PPT)

• Own Vehicle and Valid Driver's license

• Clear Credit and Criminal records
