Product Owner

Your future tasks: 

• Researching, analysing and proposing business requirements and development needs, developing a concept and roadmap   

• Actively contribute to the specification, assessment and commenting of user requirements for our internal
  product   

• Prioritisation of product requirements, validation of development needs   

• Ongoing improvement of team members' performance, their regular evaluation and development   

• Managing relations with business partners inside and outside the department   

• Maintaining, prioritising and updating backlog items   

• Proactively contributing to the further development of already implemented functionalities   

What we expect from You

• Have some experience with complex domains/integrating several systems at once   

• Have at least 2-3 years of Product Owner experience, preferably at a reputable digital development provider, a banking/insurance corporate or other digitally advanced multinational or scale-up  

• Have no problem making independent decisions and have a strategic mindset   

• Results-oriented approach, structured mindset   

• Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills   

• Good communication and presentation skills   

• Bachelor's degree   

• Be proficient in Hungarian, as this is the language of our internal communication    

• Be at least intermediate in English, as we have international clients as well
