Role Summary

The Media Sales Services Coordinator is an important partner to our team in processing campaign entry steps and providing tactical support to fulfill digital and linear advertising orders for our clients. This position requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills as they will interact daily with our Sales teams, Sales Services team, and our Fulfillment and Operations teams. A successful candidate for this role has strict attention to detail, strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and thrives in a fun, fast-paced, deadline and process-driven environment.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions • Teams with Sales Services Specialists to perform processing tasks for digital and linear advertising campaigns, switching between multiple processes and systems daily. • Processes new client information to ensure correct data entry and completion of paperwork requirements prior to new advertising campaign launches. • Proactively monitors and pulls daily reports to confirm the accuracy of others' work as well as their own, and takes follow-up action or communication steps required to gather necessary/correct information from various stakeholders. • Provides campaign reconciliation support as needed; securely handles payment information and data entry; procures affidavits and invoice copies upon request; and serves as a liaison for data-gathering and questions among Sales, Sales Services, and Accounts Receivable teams. • Partners with sales in gathering data and research for new/prospective clients. • Assists with administration and data entry for client data management (CRM). • Assists Sales Services Specialists to provide tactical support as needed upon delegation. • Pulls key reports for the Sales Services and Sales teams as requested, including converting and compiling data into spreadsheets or presentation formats. • Performs other task-based support for the local Cox Media leadership team, as required. • Attends job-related training, with the expectation of ongoing development of skillsets and evolution of responsibilities.

The position interacts primarily with internal customers, including local and remote teams. Processing work is repetitive but time- and error-sensitive; failure to meet deadlines or produce accurate work results in lost revenue.
Qualifications:

Minimum • Where permitted by applicable law, must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to be considered for this U.S. based job. (Reasonable accommodations for medical and religious objections will be considered.) • HS diploma, GED or relevant work experience • 1 year office/administrative or customer service experience, or one year post-high school education in a job-related field • Requires 6 months experience using Microsoft Office applications in a work or non-work setting with demonstrated intermediate proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. • Excellent skills in adaptability, applied learning, keyboarding, oral communication, PC skills, quality orientation, reasoning, tolerance for structured work environment, and written communication, in order to work effectively with teams throughout organization.

Preferred • AS/AA or Technical Certification or Bachelor's degree preferred • Experience in telecommunications/advertising/digital marketing industry desired • Google AdWords Certification, Google Analytics experience a plus.
