Job Description

Fabletics is looking for a Media Manager, Paid Social.

 

How Do You Fit In?

 

The Paid Media Manager will be responsible for growing and optimizing digital marketing and customer acquisition programs to drive new subscriber growth across a variety of different channels. You will be directly responsible for overseeing all of our paid channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok as well as be the cross-functional partner to our in-house Creative department and external vendors for production and asset requests. You will be working with a top Facebook/Instagram spender perfect our media buying strategies and solidify our position at the top of the Subscription Direct to Consumer (D2C) hierarchy. We are looking for smart, driven people to join our team and help us raise the bar. We have one goal: to acquire as many new customers as possible within efficiency targets. Must thrive under pressure of a fast-paced environment and changing demands. The candidate must be a "doer" who can execute as well as balance longer-term strategic thinking. They will be part of a team that believes in working fast, being accountable, and learning from mistakes. This is a small, lean team, and as such, candidate will need to be able to get in the trenches to drive work forward and have a high output.

 

This position will report to the Director of Paid Media.

 

What you will do:

 

·       Manage paid social media execution across all major social media channels: Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest and other emerging sources

·       Understand and contribute to the optimization of all aspects of the customer acquisition funnel

·       Work cross-functionally with teams to develop, launch and track high-impact integrated campaigns

·       Build a strong relationship with key media partners, including Facebook, Tiktok and Snapchat as well as agency partners to maintain and grow access and resources that help us stay on the cutting edge of media buying practices and tactics. 

·       Partner with brand creative and product teams focused on acquisition experiences on websites, to ensure that Fabletics is innovating the end-to-end experience for new leads and dominating the performance creative game across industries and verticals. 

·       Work closely with creative teams to inform and request creative concepts and iterations

·       Work closely with Ad Tech partners, to develop and implement advanced automation and optimization solutions

·       Manage testing on a constantly growing pool of variables including offers, copy, creative, ad formats, landing pages, etc. across all paid social channels

·       Track and analyze metrics to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the campaigns

·       Recognize and identify trends in real-time and act quickly to reverse or capitalize

·       Track and analyze data to understand what influencers, post types, and creative elements are performing the best to capitalize on successes.

·       Occasionally work flexible hours including weekends, to adapt to the real-time nature of social media

 

 

What you can bring:  

·       At least 3-5 years of work experience – prior media experience a plus.

·       Solid PowerPoint/Canva and Excel skills

·       Must be a “team player” and understand that we succeed individually and as a team. Your contributions will make our business and team stronger.

·       Proven ability to multi-task, deliver exceptional results, and motivate others in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

·       An interest in Demand Generation/User Acquisition/Computational Marketing

·       A passion for social media and fashion.

·       Must possess curiosity, integrity, self-motivation, and a high level of attention to detail.

·       Outstanding written/verbal communication and presentation skills.

·       Strong analytical and quantitative expertise in marketing platforms, attribution, and site analytics 

·       Skilled and interested in translating data into actionable insights, and high level of comfort with Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.
