We are looking for a Media Effectiveness Manager to join our team, stepping into a role that is evolving and expanding.

What you will do :
As the Media Effectiveness Manager for the French and Belgium markets, you will be a key player in our test & learn approach, driving digital activation and measurement initiatives.

Leading all aspects of digital activation in France and Belgium in collaboration with our media partner (planning, activation, measurement).

Embrace our “Attention based” journey focusing on continuous improvement in both efficiency and effectiveness.

Participating in measurement initiatives (MMM, last touch attribution) and translating campaign performance insights into actions.

Supporting the brand marketing team with social and nudge activities in France and Belgium

Collaborating with central teams to roll out global projects around media, content, and measurement.

Assisting the Consumer Tissue brand marketing team on all digital topics.

Be the dedicated point of contact inside SW region regarding all Data privacy topics.
Who you are :
-
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Analytics, Media Management, with a relevant experience in planning and managing digital campaigns (agency or top-tier advertiser).

You are Open-minded, curious, autonomous, reliable, and adept at challenging the status quo.
-
Self-starter and problem solver with a service mentality and team-player attitude.
-
You already managed projects, multiple stakeholders, external agencies, and budgets in a global company matrix organization.
-
You have Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to simplify complex topics and present effectively.

You are fluent in English and French (both written and spoken).
