About the Role

At ARX Robotics, reliable data is the backbone of scalable production and operations. As SAP Master Data Manager, you will take ownership of consistent, accurate, and efficient master data management across our SAP S/4HANA landscape, ensuring that the systems, structures, and information our teams rely on are always production-ready.

You will design and implement standardized data processes, maintain system integrity, and lead the integration of key product information into SAP. Beyond data governance, you will play a central role in enabling transparency through analytics and integrations, connecting ARX Robotics' systems, dashboards, and KPIs as we scale.

What You'll Build
  • Own and manage SAP S/4HANA master data related to materials, BOMs, routings, work centers, and product configurations
  • Ensure data integrity and completeness across the full lifecycle — from R&D and engineering through to production, procurement, and sales
  • Lead the transfer and mapping of engineering data (e.g. BOMs, material structures, configurations) into production-ready SAP datasets
  • Act as the key SAP interface between R&D, Production Planning, and Supply Chain, ensuring data alignment and process readiness for manufacturing
  • Define and implement master data standards, validation rules, and change control processes to guarantee high data quality and traceability
  • Support production planning and material management within SAP to ensure accurate availability and process flow
  • Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to ensure data-driven operations, enabling access to correct SAP data structures
  • Develop and integrate dashboards, data validation tools, and KPI monitoring (e.g. via Power BI) for visibility into master data quality and system health
  • Drive continuous improvement of SAP data processes and coordinate with internal and external partners on S/4HANA enhancements and integration efforts
What You Bring
  • Fluency in both German and English
  • University degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Several years of professional experience in SAP S/4HANA master data management or governance, ideally within an industrial, manufacturing, or defense-related environment
  • Deep understanding of SAP master data objects, customization options, and data integration processes
  • Experience with BOM management, material master data, and change management in SAP S/4HANA
  • Confidence in using Power BI or similar analytics platforms for dashboarding and KPI reporting
  • Strong understanding of data governance, data quality management, and process automation
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills with a structured, solution-oriented mindset

Please note: You do not need to meet every single requirement to apply. We welcome motivated candidates who are eager to grow into the role and develop their expertise further.

What We Offer
