We are seeking an enthusiastic Web Analytics & Operations Manager who will champion this cause. This a key role in our Marketing Operations team that will be focused on digital optimizations through analytics, as well as managing and supporting multiple aspects of our consumer-facing website. Note that this is not a people manager position.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with your Analytics Manager counterpart to drive analytics-driven decision-making in our Product and Marketing team.
  • Work closely with your Sr. Web Producer counterpart to support or lead multiple areas of web operations including website production, SEO, user experience optimization, and website project management.
  • Understand and appreciate Providence Health Plan business drivers, objectives and metrics in assigned area(s) of responsibilities.
  • Develop strong rapport and establish professional credibility and a collaborative relationship with cross-functional business partners and senior leaders in the department.
  • Juggle multiple projects and priorities effectively in a matrixed organization.
  • Be curious about the results & willing to go the extra mile to understand and extrapolate based on what the analytics story is telling.
  • Note that this is not a people manager position.



In this position you will have the following responsibilities:

Analytics:

  • Develop and maintain digital product and marketing analytics reporting and processes.
  • Create and maintain dashboards that are insightful and actionable.
  • In advance of large marketing campaigns help the team set KPIs and success metrics.
  • Work closely with media agency partners on various projects and activities related to marketing campaign launch, optimization, and data storytelling.
  • Perform online campaign reporting and conversion analyses, interpret results and develop recommendations for clients and internal team members.
  • Package and present analytical findings and communicate (both written and verbal) complex concepts to internal stakeholders and partners.
  • Engage product & business owners to understand needs and to identify, recommend and execute an appropriate analysis.
  • Manage requests for data extraction and modification across product and marketing.
  • Manage tag management and tracking, as appropriate.



Web Operations:

  • Ensure website is optimized for our user's experience, including analyzing and making recommendations for search engine optimization.
  • Support our Sr. Web Producer in executing Sitecore content updates and website production on our company website, including content editing, styling, and creation (for certain categories).
  • Manage cross-functional website projects such as annual updates, content translations, and technology updates from initiation to completion.
  • Work cross-functionally to support website technology integrations such as marketing automation and CRM.



Required qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Technology or 5+ years practical on the job experience with developing tagging strategy, execution and results
  • 5 years analytics experience with an emphasis on digital products
  • 2 years experience with web analytics platforms



Preferred qualifications for this position include:
• 1+ years of experience with tag management tool
• 1+ years of experience managing web content in a CMS solution such as Sitecore.
• 1+ years of experience working with CSS and HTML.
• Experience optimizing SEO and website user experience (UX).
• Experience managing small to medium scale projects.
