Our employees have the flexibility to work in one of our office locations, completely remote, or a hybrid of the two. Please note, we are hiring on a remote working basis only in the U.S. and Canada.
ABOUT THE TEAM
This team of highly motivated and innovative thinkers develops internal and external messaging for Basis Technologies brand and product, Basis. Beyond speaking to specific functionalities, they understand the value of implementing Basis within the ad tech industry and are responsible for communicating those messages throughout the marketplace. Powered by cross-functional collaboration, they go above and beyond by demonstrating how Basis improves the lives of those working in our industry.
WAYS YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE
The VP, Product Marketing will be responsible for overseeing all product marketing output and staff. This role will provide thought leadership inside and outside of the organization and partner with other marketing leaders to elevate Basis’s presence in the market. In addition, this role will be responsible for building and implementing high level strategies across team initiatives. You will contribute by:
- Managing a growing team through excellent team leadership
- Spearheading Go to Market
- Providing thought leadership internally and externally regarding Basis products
- Collaborating with Sr leadership across the Basis org
- Partnering with marketing leadership to integrate processes and strategies across brand and sales
- In conjunction with the CMO, leading the presence at company hosted client events, partner meetings and industry conferences
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- 10+ years total experience marketing within the digital marketing technology industry
- 4+ years managing a team
- Expert level experience in marketing internet advertising products and an understanding of data-driven, programmatic marketing strategies and tactics
- Experience creating and overseeing go-to-market strategy
- Extensive experience interacting with Sr. and Exec. level stakeholders

BONUS POINTS
- Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Marketing or Communications
- 5 years of experience working in, or with, a demand side platform
