The Bestow Marketing team is highly visible, working across the company to champion the voice of our customers. We are responsible for our brand as well as acquiring, growing, and retaining our customers. We develop and deliver all our customer communication including our social media, website, and advertising. We believe data and advanced analytics are the keys to marketing effectiveness, but this is only possible with a robust, scalable marketing technology platform.
The VP, Marketing Technology & Operations will be a member of Bestow’s Marketing Leadership team and be tasked with designing, building, and optimizing this platform.

Your Day to Day:
- Developing and delivering marketing technology strategy and plan
- Managing all aspects of Bestow’s marketing technology including the website, behavioral tracking, email, etc.
- Partnering with Bestow’s Product and Engineering teams to implement new technology stack
- Managing marketing technology budget and relationships with key partners including Facebook, Google, etc.
- Recommending and implementing new tools and technologies that will enable Bestow to automate all aspects of marketing
- Ensuring Bestow’s marketing technology stack is CCPA and GDPR compliant
- Staying up to date with developments in ad tracking and customer identify resolution and recommending solutions to ensure Bestow’s marketing platform is leading edge
- Partner with Bestow’s Data & Analytics team to design and implement a marketing attribution model as well as an enterprise customer data model
- Conduct all responsibilities in accordance with Company policies, with strong adherence to our corporate values including compliance requirements.
Your Experience
- >15 years in consumer marketing with experience in financial services or related industry preferred
- Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams to implement marketing technology
- Hands-on experience with marketing and customer data platforms such as Facebook API, Salesforce.com Tealium, Segment, Iterable, Experian, Lob, etc. highly preferred
- Significant experience in customer data and privacy issues, including CCPA, GDPR, etc.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence all levels of organizational leadership
- BA or BS, MBA, or other advanced degree equivalent preferred
- Highly collaborative
- Highly organized and you pay close attention to detail
- Strong business acumen and strategic problem-solving skills
- Passion for data and enjoy navigating your way around PostgreSQL or other relational databases
