The Challenge

We are scaling fast as an organization and need to ensure we have the right technology, processes and analytical capabilities to do compelling data driven marketing across all of our customer segments and markets.  This leader will need to design and build a high performing Marketing Operations and Technology team, create a roadmap and implement capabilities on an aggressive timeline.

Your Mission

  • Establish and apply rigorous approaches to operational processes to improve marketing effectiveness and efficiency
  • Develop processes for cross functional agility and alignment; propose solutions when presents with conflict or confusion, and identify gaps
  • Work with Finance and other stakeholder teams on shared marketing initiatives by owning the marketing budget planning and timely reviews
  • Build and maintain a world-class marketing technology system for consistent and timely client communications; jointly own the marketing technology product roadmap, with platforms and sales team, for new functionalities and capabilities
  • Support the global marketing team(s) by owning systems for marketing programs including DAMs, advertising technology systems, and content delivery and management
  • Determine ROI on marketing investments by developing, building, and leveraging data analytics capabilities
  • Ability to deep dive into campaign metrics
  • Work closed with Rev ops team to maintain relationship between martech and to help prioritize account hierarchies and portfolios to feed ABM activities
  • Work with CMO and top line Marketing leadership team to ensure marketing technologies functions, team processes, and systems allow efficient and effective execution of global marketing programs at scale

Your Experience Includes

  • 10+ years of experience in senior leadership marketing roles with focus on marketing operations, technology and process development
  • Proven track record for building and mentoring global teams to deliver operational efficiency across a wide set of markets, programs and priorities
  • A demonstrated ability of having great business judgement, quantitative analysis, rigorous analytical problem solving, and relaying the findings to executive leadership
  • Ability to influence other parts of the business, senior stakeholders and peers
  • A passion for testing and measuring results by having an analytical mindset
  • Exceptional organizational, planning and project management skills; demonstrated ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems and manage multiple initiatives
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a hate to lose mindset
  • Knowledge of best-in-class marketing technology tools and ability to drive RFP’s and evaluations to best outcomes
  • Successful Implementation experience with martech stack
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
