VP, CRM

Job Description

Provide vision and technical leadership to define and implement CoStar's global customer relationship management system. This system is a single system that unifies, sales, marketing, customer service, research and finance operations across all CoStar business units. Work directly with the CEO, CFO, CTO, Senior Sales Leadership, Senior Marketing Leadership and Senior Research Leadership to define the processes and technology required to support our growing business. The key to success is the implementation of a single CRM system that supports the entire global organization.

Role/Qualifications

  • Develop and maintain the strategic plan for customer relationship management features for sales, marketing, customer support, finance, and research.
  • Ensure integration of content into all research systems and products - company and contact data is deeply integrated into our products. It is product content.
  • Align CRM development with annual corporate initiatives. Support corporate product vision and sales/marketing strategy.
  • Custom roadmap for each of the sale organizations that supports their account management, workflow, and prospecting activities.
  • Ensure broad adoption by being an active participant in sales and customer service training.
  • Enthusiastically champion CRM concepts and examples of success to senior leaders across all business units.
  • Serve as global business owner for technology projects necessary to support a single, integrated CRM.
  • Partner with product teams to ensure CRM road map supports new products and services.
  • Ownership for data hygiene, customer history, database analytics, business intelligence and other critical functions.
  • Establish and maintain appropriate controls and processes to ensure proper levels of SOX compliance.
  • Continuously review and recommend opportunities to enhance the quality and accuracy of the customer database.
  • Manage and execute the day-to-day corporate CRM, database marketing and customer support technology operations. Provide ongoing innovative solutions for CRM business process improvement, issues, and needs.
  • Support a "can-do" culture, hire the best talent and establish performance standards that result in world class customer relationship management system in an agile development environment.
  • Develop and manage corporate-wide metrics for customers sales and marketing. Ex - Net New Sales calculations, Customer Value, NPS, Customer Contact Metrics, Etc.
  • Hire, develop, coach, mentor, and empower CRM team and resources.
  • Bachelors Degree
