Job Description About This Position:
The Channel Marketing Lead Vice President will contribute to new account growth targets by leading platform modernizations, developing & optimizing solutions with a customer-centric lens, and partnering with vendors and cross lines-of-businesses to solve business objectives. This position sits within the Acquisitions Center of Excellence organization of Card Services, a key business within Chase's Consumer & Community Banking group.
Responsibilities:
This person will be responsible for managing the acquisitions capabilities that support customer acquisitions campaigns across all channels: Marketplace on chase.com, Partner Sites, Retail Branch, Affiliates, Paid Search, Programmatic, Social, and Direct Mail. They will be responsible for managing and reporting on platform migration progress, leading the rollout of acquisition capabilities and solutions, partnering on technology roadmaps & prioritization, working across several lines-of-businesses such as Risk, Fraud, Lending, & Finance to build & influence business cases, and ultimately finding innovative ways to make it easier to apply and get approved for a credit card.
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 6+ years business experience
• Experience in product or project management preferred
• Financial services industry experience preferred

• Communicate effectively and confidently (both verbal and written) and be able to influence decisions among a diverse and dispersed set of internal and external stakeholders
• Be results-oriented with a strong attention to detail and ability to interpret and apply strategies against analytical data (visitor, funnels, campaign, media, test results, etc.)
• Drive process improvements in program execution through operational efficiencies
• Have strong organization and time management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple initiatives from inception to completion under concurrent, rigorous deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
