Landing AI is looking for a VP of Marketing and Growth. We are looking for an energetic, inspirational marketing leader to help drive the marketing and growth function of the company. You will oversee and be responsible for all aspects of marketing for our company. You will lead our marketing and growth efforts to achieve our awareness and pipeline generation goals for both our sales-led and newly emerging product-led growth motions. This includes acquisition/performance marketing, digital experience/website, optimization, and prospect/customer buying journey. This individual is accountable for helping drive the execution of demand generation strategies to achieve pipeline targets for our sales-led business.

In this role, you will provide leadership and help to implement our campaigns and demand gen strategies across: web development, web experience, optimization and testing, web operations and analytics, SEO, paid media, paid search, paid social, email marketing, chat, cart/checkout, etc. You will lead the transformation of our digital experience to drive revenue by delivering deep business value across best-in-class digital journeys. Your team will develop a digital marketing strategy, inclusive of GTM strategies driving brand awareness, leads, free to paid conversions, direct purchase and retention across both sales-led and product-led motions.


  • Responsible for marketing plans and recommendations to achieve key business initiatives.
  • Build, manage, and coach a high-performing marketing team.
  • Ability to utilize growth marketing expertise to drive top-of-funnel traffic toward Product Qualified Leads (PQLs)/ free trials.
  • Utilize and understand how to incorporate product data to build customer driven marketing programs that map to user experience.
  • Create product engagement initiatives that drive viral referrals to the free trial.
  • Amplify developer outreach and engagement to ultimately build a robust and active developer community.
  • Create technology/product focused content using internal, external, and community resources.
  • Continue to build Landing AI’s brand awareness, engagement, and customer retention through all forms of communication, PR, AR, Social, Blogs, Product/customer messaging, etc.
  • Manage and support market/product research collection, analysis, and interpretation
  • Work closely with the sales department to align sales and marketing strategies
  • Manage marketing budget and expenditures 
  • Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and
  • communications channels
  • Build long term relationships with all cross-functional teams, partners, vendors and stakeholders. 

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 7+ years of marketing leadership experience and managing teams.
  • 7+ years working experience in paid marketing / acquisition space for a fast paced B2B SaaS company with a product-led/self-service motion a plus.
  • Data driven with strong quantitative and analytical skills and think in terms of LTV, return on investment, and your impact on the bottom line of the business,
  • Previous VP/DIR level marketing and communications experience in a fast-paced SaaS company is essential.
  • Deep understanding of high growth marketing tactics to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
  • Solid experience with Product Led Growth (PLG) methodology a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Developer outreach tactics to drive tech-savvy community growth,
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills,
  • Technically astute and data driven individual. Must understand how to digest and analyze large amounts of core customer data to activate marketing programs.
  • Understanding of CRM and sales tools, (Hubspot, SFDC, Pendo, SalesNavigator, Outreach IO experience is welcome).
  • Independent thinker that thrives on creativity and cross-functional collaboration to drive company success and revenue impact. 
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player and cross-functional advocate,
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills,
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications or similar relevant field. MA prefered
