Vice President of Marketing - Ninja (Motorized and Kitchenware)
The Marketing function at SharkNinja is directly accountable for achieving a high rate of sale on all products, focusing on sell-in and sell-through of the portfolio, both new products and base business. Shark Ninja Marketing leaders have a general manager mindset and the ability to collaborate and operate across functional boundaries into Sales, Product Development and DTC / eCommerce.
The Vice President of Marketing is responsible for the overall brand management, marketing strategy and execution for the Motorized (Blenders, Ice Cream Makers, Food Processors, Mixers, Juicers) and Kitchenware (Cookware, Bakeware, Cutlery) categories. This is a global role covering all geographies and retail channels including online and DTC.
You will lead the Brand Marketing teams to drive the voice of the consumer in defining the new product roadmap as well as leading branding and storytelling across all consumer touchpoints. You will lead product commercialization for the DTC, in-store and online business globally, partnering with the Sales, Category Management, Creative, Media, Consumer Insights, Commercial Analytics, Product Development and Engineering teams to ensure consistent and flawless execution across a $2B+ business.

The VP is a creative and strategic thinker who strives to align both category and marketing goals with the company mission, moving forward vigorously with consensus. You will be accountable for developing and driving an A+ team and helping achieve annual revenue and profit targets.
Specific accountabilities:
•Develop and drive overall marketing strategies to deliver revenue and margin goals
•Own and deliver financial results for the Ninja Motorized and Kitchenware business
•Manage global brand identity and messaging for Ninja Motorized and Kitchenware sub-brands
•Ensure consistency and impact across every consumer touchpoint (packaging, displays, collateral, media, PR, online) aligned to category, brand and business objectives
•Develop and drive the commercialization strategy for the Ninja Motorized and Kitchenware business
•Develop and execute launch plans for all products – in store, online and D2C including but not limited to Displays, Packaging, Collateral, Branding, Online Assets, Naming, D2C Assets
•Ensure 100% on time delivery and execution of all commercialization materials
•Work cross functionally with Sales and Product Development to ensure 360-degree execution of the commercialization plan
•Develop and distribute commercialization content to help place and drive products at retail
•Lead and drive cross functional teams
•Establish connection and proactively communicate with other senior leaders in the organization, including Sales, Category Management, Creative, Media, Consumer Insights, Commercial Analytics, Product Development and Engineering
•Work closely with product development and engineering teams on new products and develop the marketing story and communication for all product lines
•Drive digital first mindset within marketing, sales and other departments

Key Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business, or equivalent experience. MBA preferred
•10+ years marketing/management and leadership experience within a consumer product driven company
•Experience bringing products to market for big brands with revenue over $400M
•Understanding of the “big-box” retail marketplace, digital and eCommerce.
•Previous experience working with global teams and globally sourced products
•Ability to work cross functionally with Product Development, Engineering and other disciplines
•Demonstrated leadership skills to inspire teams
•Ability to be hands-on, and work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, deadline driven environment
•Ability to juggle multiple projects at once, last minute requests and quick turnarounds with a positive attitude
•Ability to travel globally
