As Multi-Channel Marketing (MCM) Manager, Vaccines, you will be responsible for developing the U.S. MCM plan and executing it to support the strategy of one or more of GSK's Vaccines. We are looking for an exceptional Multi-Channel Marketing (MCM) Manager to help GSK Vaccines deliver excellent experiences to our customers through innovative campaigns, next level analytics and advanced experimentation. This position is made for an individual who has a passion for understanding human behavior and how to influence it in a positive way that will help us protect millions of people from disease.

As MCM Manager, Vaccines, you will be responsible for developing the U.S. MCM plan and executing it to support the strategy of one or more of GSK's Vaccines.
Creating an exceptional customer experience for the brands to maximize potential in the marketplace.
Relentless prioritization and decision making by deeply understanding of our HCP customers to provide more relevant multi-channel marketing solutions.
Removing barriers to enable real time connections, and driving customer value when, where and how our customers prefer.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Develop annual MCM strategy for each brand managed, including tactical execution of the plan.
  • Lead planning, development and implementation of Multi-Channel Marketing campaigns and establish measurement plans in conjunction with internal and external analytics teams.
  • Drive consistent focus on experimentation to better understand customer behavior across all segments.
  • Oversee media, creative and analytics agencies, and build strategic partner relationship with procurement and tech partners.
  • Develop effective working relationships and engage across relevant stakeholders (Brand & Sales Leaders, Marketing Directors, Legal/Regulatory).
  • Measure and track performance of campaigns and experiments and rapidly evolve content, channels, promotional mix and P&L targets to drive top performance.
  • Work closely with brand marketing Senior Directors and Directors to ensure MCM tactics align with and support brand strategies and objectives.

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years digital, multi/omni-channel marketing experience, customer segmentation & targeting, stakeholder management, vendor management experience.


Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • 3+ years marketing or other relevant commercial experience including - US Pharma/Biologics/Vaccines marketing, US Sales Leadership experience, Banking, etc.
  • A thorough understanding of advertising, marketing and multichannel strategy
  • Significant experience developing and managing MCM or digital campaigns
  • Proven stakeholder management and matrix leadership skills
  • Ability to handle and lead multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication and the ability to present ideas, insights and information to all levels of the organization
  • Agility in solving problems and making sound judgment decisions
  • Proven organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Experience in managing vendors
  • Multichannel marketing experience including media, creative, analytics and experiments
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing skills, and ability to build effective working relationships in a matrix environment
  • Experience developing actionable customer segmentation, deep customer insight, and ensuring insight is brought to life through all marketing efforts from strategy development to implementation
  • Demonstrated analytical skills. Ability to understand drivers of performance, synthesize and accurately draw conclusions from data and apply results of market research to inform decision making.
  • The accountabilities for this position include:
  • Develop MCM campaigns that meet brand objectives, identify lead metrics and goals for all MCM campaigns.
  • Execute campaign in market on time
    Collaborate with MCM Optimization team to adjust campaigns as identified for maximum impact and business results
  • Manage MCM vendors to ensure ongoing compliance with GSK CPPs
