Job Description The U.S. Wealth Management (USWM) business is focused on helping investors achieve their long-term financial goals and comprised of the Chase wealth management business, J.P. Morgan Securities and J.P. Morgan Self-directed & Automated Investing - our digital investing platform. The combined business has ~$400 billion in Assets under Management and ~4,000 advisors who work out of 3,500 branches and 21 offices.
Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Associate to support the marketing strategy and execution for J.P. Morgan's online investing and remote advice products. Our goals are to drive awareness, consideration, conversion, engagement and retention for J.P. Morgan online investing and remote advice products. We are champions of the customer and work closely with product to create solutions that meet customer needs.
This individual will be responsible for the creation, coordination, execution, and communication of multi-channel marketing campaigns. They will contribute to large workstreams and work closely with other stakeholders across marketing, events, content, finance, product, and analytics, among many others. The ideal candidate should be a true team player, strong collaborator, and innovative thinker with awareness of digital and marketing trends.
The role will report to the Head of Wealth Management Aspiring Affluent Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Product Marketing Strategy

  • Help set marketing strategies that support key business goals
  • Own the customer and provide insights and inputs to the strategy to improve product and marketing efforts
  • Partner with marketing teams to maximize client acquisition and deepening
  • Partner closely with product teams on the roadmap and backlog to meet client needs
  • Develop messaging and value propositions for multiple products under the online investing suite as a under the umbrella of J.P. Morgan Wealth Management
  • Flawlessly manage projects end-to-end, which may require internal/external vendor or agency partnership
  • Partner with product owners to create new digital experiences and capabilities
  • Analyze data and makes recommendations to campaigns and roadmap


Client Satisfaction

  • Partner with USWM client experience team to improve client satisfaction measurements
  • Continuously operate with client experience obsessed mindset, analyzing customer complaints and feedback

Additional Requirements:

  • 3+ years work experience in marketing, product management or strategy
  • Wealth Management experience a plus
  • Excels at managing multiple initiatives simultaneously within tight deadlines
  • Strong analytics and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
