Job Description The CCB Technology/Product Executive Thought Leadership & Social Media Strategy Communications Manager vice president will oversee a LinkedIn-focused social media ambassador program aimed at raising awareness for Chase's Product, Customer Experience, Design, Digital and Technology teams as an exciting place to work for prospective employees, while highlighting our people, culture, innovations, community and more. This position reports to Chase's Head of Social Selling with accountability to the Head of Communications for CCB Technology and Product, with responsibilities including but not limited to:

  • Stewarding the strategy and content for a LinkedIn-focused social ambassador program.
  • Overseeing the ongoing development and execution of an editorial calendar, creative assets and content
  • Partnering closely with PR, creative, and brand marketing teams to provide feedback and assist in the creation of social first concepts
  • Partnering across Chase's communications and social media team to craft engaging content using audience, industry, and social listening insights.
  • Developing creative briefs to launch production with internal and external teams. Coordinate production schedules and workflows for an assigned book of work from conceptualization through distribution.
  • Creating measurement plans to effectively track monthly KPIs and report performance to senior leadership.
  • Developing proofs of concept to explore and test new media channels and organic Marketing strategies for the Chase brand and businesses we support.
  • Qualifications and Skills:
  • 7+ years of experience in Social Media and/or Content strategy highly preferred.
  • Experience using Sprinklr with strong knowledge of social media landscape and trends
  • Experience managing paid and organic social media campaigns
  • Strong project management experience with the ability to juggle a large scope of work with competing deadlines.
  • Ability to source content ideas from SMEs and turn them into digestible long and short pieces of content
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Comfortable crafting a narrative and delivering presentations to senior leadership.
  • Able to build strong partnerships with a variety of internal and external partners and deliver exceptional client service to the businesses we support.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Highly creative individual with enthusiasm to conceptualize and implement programs that are disruptive while maintain brand elevation
  • Boldness to pitch fresh ideas within the team, think creatively, and identify and solve problems
  • Conceptual thinker who can connect the dots between people and projects to drive a vision forward.
  • Team player with enthusiastic attitude and entrepreneurial spirit. Eager to learn, contribute, and make an impact
