Job Description The Public Cloud Centre of Excellence product team is seeking a passionate Technical Product Adoption and Marketing VP to join us in advocating and supporting our developer and cloud community. Our goal is to increase adoption of our cloud platform and tools with internal users, while helping them in their modernization journey, and as a result, strengthening JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a technology leader in financial services. Our ideal candidate will be ready to immerse themselves in the world of cloud and community of engineers, and be genuinely excited to bring to life and drive adoption of new technologies that we're delivering across our Firm.
As a Product Adoption VP, you join a team of technologists working to identify, build and manage the best products to address our customers' wide range of needs. Alongside our Product Adoption and Marketing Leads, you will help lead outreach, communications and engagement across three key audience segments: the internal public cloud customers at JPMC, the wider technology and cloud community internally and the external partners and leaders we collaborate with. We will look to you to leverage your knowledge in creating and delivering content, from release notes, to keynotes and everything in between, as well as identifying opportunities to optimize existing solutions and develop new capabilities. The role will look to you to craft our messaging, evangelize our successes and capabilities, and create outreach efforts that will enable others to adopt our cloud technology.
What you'll do:

  • Plan and execute coordinated internal marketing plans and assets for launches of platform capabilities or products, partnering closely with members of our product and engineering organizations.
  • Partner with product teams to produce engaging and impactful content for internal events such as PowerUp and Innovation Week as well as release notes, notifications, blog articles, press releases and other customer facing communications.
  • Drive internal communications, programs, and events for our public cloud platform and products.
  • Collect and distill feedback about our platform, helping us identify trends and unmet needs, craft better value propositions and better support customers.
  • Leverage internal social platforms and engineering communities to stimulate a culture of dialogue and shared learning across the organization to celebrate success, and share knowledge and experiences.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize existing solutions and develop new capabilities.
  • Partner with fellow members of the product team to understand how the product portfolio supports and dovetails with the experience, design and product groups, and supports the firm's strategic priorities.
  • Maintain a respectful, diverse and inclusive work environment, cultivating a culture of trust.
  • Demonstrate the importance of the firm's risk management policies and protocols by advocating for their adherence and encouraging teammates to do the same.

Who you are:

  • Proven success in a similar role including hands-on content creation for technology deliverables in a consumable manner for audiences of all backgrounds.
  • Demonstrable experience of leveraging modern communications styles for strategic content generation and creation including articles, blogs, vlogs, infographics, visuals and presentation building. Comfortable with polishing the messaging of content and outreach initiatives.
  • Data driven and can turn insights into actionable growth initiatives.
  • BA or equivalent qualification in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in technology or financial services strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge and passion about the technology infrastructure marketplace (e.g., cloud computing, B2B, open source, software infrastructure, developer tooling, etc.) strongly preferred.
