Come be a part of the Technical Marketing Leadership Development Program (TMLDP), where you can join Siemens Digital Industries division, and help implement new products, technologies, and applications for the so-called Industry 4.0.

The program will help foster your expertise in this area while contributing to the advancement of our business and markets we serve. In the TMLDP program, you will improve upon your leadership skills while being able to work with different teams and projects throughout the organization.

As part of the TMLDP program, you will learn to own and drive business enabling initiatives with our marketing, strategy, product management, sales or engineering teams. This fulltime position will allow you the opportunity to bring about change, growth, and success for many of Siemens' products and companies.

Here, you will use your creativity and unique skill set to create new methodologies, improve processes, and implement go-to-market strategies. You will receive mentoring from Siemens' team of innovators and learn:

  • Product and project management
  • Strategic marketing
  • Resource and asset development
  • Product management
  • Industry and product marketing
  • Sales enablement
  • Business development

This program is a two-year program, with four, six-month rotations where you will serve as a Product Manager, Project Manager, Business Developer, Business Analyst, Business Developer, Marketing Specialist, Application Engineering, or Technical Consultant.

Additionally, the program offers unparalleled networking, access to industry experts, bi-annual leadership week events, and personal and professional development plans.

The program start date is July.

To apply for the Technical Marketing Leadership Development Program, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Majors: Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Distribution, Industrial/Systems Engineering
  • Business minors and/or prior business-related coursework and experience are preferred
  • Preferred GPA: 3.0
  • Relocation and Travel: You should be willing to relocate and travel as required
  • Work Authorization: Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
  • Where permitted by applicable law, Siemens may require employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 based on job requirements, and in accordance with an accommodation based on legally protected reasons.
