As a Talent Brand Team, we create amazing experiences and content that helps our talent attraction engine run. We share compelling content about our working culture that helps candidates understand what it would be like to work here, which allows us to hire a diverse group of hard-working, values-focused, growth-minded people.

As a talent brand specialist, you'll get to

  • Plan fun, engaging global recruitment events on a monthly basis for various roles, regions, and themes, like in person and digital tech talks, interview days, and panel discussions
  • Run our employee ambassador program - the way we give our employees a platform to share their stories of working at Pluralsight
  • Support Talent Brand work across all our platforms and work on multi-channel marketing campaigns in both the digital and offline spaces
  • Ideate, innovate, create, implement, and analyze content for organic and paid social, our company intranet, email, events, web, and so much more
  • Play a central role in identifying what makes Pluralsight attractive to candidates and current team members, promoting the key differentiators that set us apart from our competitors, and creating new ways for us to engage with talent across the globe.
  • Analyze data to make informed decisions on where we place energy and resources, including using Linkedin Talent Insights
  • Work with recruiters/sourcers to refine event recruitment strategy to ensure an increase in a diverse pool of top of funnel talent


What you bring to the table

  • Project management experience - you create order out of chaos. You can manage a lot of moving pieces, get everyone on the same page, and keep projects running seamlessly toward their deadline
  • Event planning experience - you've run events for 50+ people and enjoy not just planning an event, but creating an experience. You are a builder that relentlessly looks to improve your product and experiences
  • You are a creator with a keen eye for design, content creation, and delivery. You've developed content, written communications, presentations and storytelling.
  • You are a self-starter. You like to understand the expected outcome, get the context, and then work entrepreneurially to get it done.
  • You are good friends with data, using it to inform how you do your work and where you distribute your time, energy, and resources
  • You are an outstanding communicator, creating clarity with your communication and energy and excitement around your vision
  • You are committed to something bigger than yourself, you are someone who focuses on the needs of others and sees ways to help everyone be successful
  • You have relevant experience which likely means 2+ experience in event planning, marketing program management, employee engagement, employee experience, brand, creative, messaging, targeted audience campaigns, content, SEO, digital media strategy and planning, brand campaign development and execution, employer brand, recruitment marketing, media negotiation and placement, collateral, events, social media, communications, value propositions and/or positioning
  • Ideally, you have experience in crafting professional social media graphics using Photoshop, InDesign, or another design program and shooting high quality photos and videos using a smartphone and a video editing tool.
  • This role will require occasional travel.
