Atlassian is looking for a Talent Brand Marketing Manager who is passionate about teamwork, innovation, and all things marketing-from strategy to execution. Do you understand the merging worlds of Marketing, Human Resources & Talent Acquisition? Can you confidently navigate through them all? Then this role is for you!
Working as part of the Talent Acquisition team, your focus is evenly split across the development of content-led campaigns, event-based activations, growing our digital presence, and adapting global strategy to fit local needs. Additionally, you'll activate local Atlassians to be ambassadors for our talent brand.
Atlassian's culture and talent brand are two of our prized possessions. As we amplify our brand presence and expand into new markets, we'll need someone who can craft and deliver those stories in a way that resonates with local talent.
You'll have the resources to activate solutions, with full ownership over how that comes to life. Of course, the creative bit is only half the fun-well, maybe it's 70% of the fun. Our ideal teammate would also be able to measure the effectiveness of their efforts and continually optimize based on findings.
In this role, you'll get to:
  • Develop marketing campaigns to elevate the Atlassian talent brand using an integrated approach across a variety of digital and non-digital platforms
  • Evaluate existing and emerging media/event opportunities, and bring forward optimization recommendations
  • Create and manage paid advertising campaigns from high-level ideation to execution
  • Grow brand affinity across social media to amplify employee stories in partnership with our social media team.
  • Focus on building strong quality talent communities and establish communication strategies that heighten the candidate engagement in the short and long term.
  • Build strong relationships with subject matter experts like DEI within the organization to align on go-to-market approaches
  • Analyze the performance of campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign effectiveness to drive expected KPIs
  • Recommend new ideas and approaches to innovate and expand our employer footprint.

On your first day we'll expect you to have:
  • 5-7 years of marketing or talent acquisition experience, preferably in technology
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, or Public Relations.
  • A passion for creativity and storytelling
  • A consistent track record in communicating to internal and external audiences as well as excellent verbal, written, and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead marketing strategy across various mediums.
  • Ability to multitask with a high degree of tact and to exercise good judgment and business acumen.
  • Passion for creating and fostering inclusive work environments and communicating diversity, inclusion, and belonging messages.
