Thomas Marketing Services’ Strategy Coordinators work closely with a cross-departmental team of individuals to execute initiatives on behalf of clients in the manufacturing industry. This role reports directly to the Strategy Production Manager and works alongside a team of other strategy coordinators, associates, and specialists.

 

Utilizing skills in email marketing, content writing, social media, and project management, this role is instrumental in the successful execution of ever-evolving campaigns for B2B companies. This is a great chance to learn various marketing disciplines and grow and develop skills in an agency environment.

 

Responsibilities for our Strategy Coordinator Include:

Campaign creation: Execute digital marketing initiatives including email outreach campaigns, landing page design, content development & promotion, social media community building, and more in conjunction with the strategy team to meet target marketing goals for clients.

Cross-team collaboration: Partner closely with cross-functional teams – including content, graphic design, web development, and search engine marketing – to support the development of new marketing efforts in social media, SEO, PPC, email, blog, and outside content development.

Industry and competitive research: Conduct research across varied industries in the manufacturing space to develop new ideas for unique marketing initiatives. Develop content outlines driven by this research, working with writers and editors to ensure content is ready for delivery.

Track performance: Create visualizations of performance KPIs for multiple client accounts; utilize Hubspot and Google Data Studio reporting tools to create dashboards and export data summaries.

 

Requirements for our Strategy Coordinator Include:

College degree (BA/BS), preferably in marketing, business, communications, journalism or a related field

Minimum 1 year of experience in a marketing role (internship included)

Knowledge of digital marketing best practices

Excellent written communication skills

Curiosity and interest in staying up-to-date with marketing trends

 

Nice to have:

Experience with B2B marketing or the industrial/manufacturing industry

Agency experience

Experience working with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Magento, or Hubspot and marketing automation software such as Hubspot, Mail Chimp, and Klaviyo

Knowledge of Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or other SEO tools
