You’re a great communicator that thrives in a highly-collaborative, multi-disciplinary team.

What You'll Do

  • Work with a multi-disciplinary project team from start to finish, knowing when to pivot insights and ideas based on evolving circumstances and new information
  • Comfort working on a singular account and or iterative project for 1+ years in addition to intermittent shorter term engagements
  • Be a strong advocate for a global brand that manifests itself in a wide variety of ways across a multitude of digital channels and executions
  • Be the voice of the brand - balancing user needs, client objectives and the requirements of the team
  • Utilize quantitative and qualitative research to generate meaningful and intuitive insights that drive creative concepts 
  • Create journey maps, user flows, page IA, and wireframes
  • Present concepts and recommendations in a compelling and impactful way to clients and internal teams
  • Be able to work collaboratively with your team, but also operate autonomously and provide value throughout the entire project cycle

What You'll Bring

  • 3 - 5 years of strategy experience including projects for large and small brands, with an emphasis on digital experiences and campaigns
  • Strong understanding of brand architecture, able to organize brand priorities, generate original concepts based on consumer and business needs, and write compelling narratives to communicate ideas
  • Experience with all phases across the design process, from discovery and design, into development and release
  • Understanding of web usability, best practices in design/UX, and fluent in current and emerging trends
  • Experience facilitating workshops with mid-senior level clients leveraging strategic design-thinking frameworks
