Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience with content distribution from TV networks, film studios, streaming services, or social video platforms.
  • Experience discussing/managing agreements.



Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree, MBA, or other advanced degree.
  • Ability to drive/execute projects and grow partner performance while working in an ambiguous environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving, project management, and analytical skills with excellent business judgment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills (e.g., narrative building, influencing with data, etc.).
  • Passion for film and TV content with interest in the industry.



About the job

In this role, you'll work with the Entertainment and Digital industry, creating relationships with your portfolio of partners, develop your business skills in an entrepreneurial and fast-moving environment as technology continues to change and improve how people consume film and TV content.

You will work on content agreements with partners and work cross-functionally with colleagues across multiple disciplines, to ensure our partners are positioned for success on YouTube and to provide the best experience for our users.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key TV and Film partners, across film studios, TV networks, and streaming partners. Manage partnership activities with a focus on growth and adoption of product features and technologies.
  • Guide our partners on best ways to develop their advertising-based video on demand (AVOD) presence on YouTube, help them with best practices to develop audiences, create fan communities on YouTube around their brands/content, and achieve business goals in alignment with YouTube's objectives for viewership, feature adoption, and more.
  • Model and analyze key performance metrics and deliver insightful quarterly/bi-annual performance reviews with partners to guide sustained growth and track performance.
  • Lead and execute on special cross-functional projects and key activations, including internal approvals and communication with leadership.
