The Role
We are in search of a Strategic Marketing Associate who will serve as a foundational member of our Strategic Marketing team. In this role, you will be tasked with supporting the creation & implementation of a best-in-class Account-Based Marketing Program, expansion of our Customer Marketing, and support of field marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate has a bias towards action, is data-driven, and has experience implementing campaigns at product-led growth companies. You’d partner most directly with Loom's sales & success teams, with the goal of generating pipeline, accelerating deal cycles, and mitigating churn in our target accounts. We're looking for someone who is comfortable with being responsible for day-to-day execution and who is eager to sharpen their ABM & Customer Marketing skills.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage the execution of pipeline generating ABM Campaigns (including copywriting, design approvals, target list creation & validation, campaign progress & tracking)
  • Partner with Customer Success to build 1:1 adoption/engagement/activation account plans for our top Strategic Customers who are in renewal and/or upsell conversations
  • Work closely with our AE & BDR teams to create alignment on top target accounts for ABM campaigns while deeply understanding our target personas
  • Evaluate campaign performance and make recommendations of how to improve & iterate for future campaigns
  • Support the creation of Loom’s first Customer Council and Client Advisory Board
  • Work to support our Sales & Customer Success team while working cross-departmentally with Events, Product Marketing, Brand, Content Marketing, and more

We're Looking For:

  • 3-5 years of B2B Marketing experience including ABM, Customer Marketing, and Field Marketing in product-led growth organization(s)
  • Experience with ABM Ads or ABM Agencies (ie. Terminus, Demandbase, Ignitium)
  • Experience working directly with sales teams and being held to pipeline performance numbers
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders internally across the organization and externally with clients
  • Extraordinary organization and documentation skills
  • Detail-oriented and accurate; enjoys problem-solving and being challenged
  • Works well under deadlines, with a bias towards action and the ability to identify and communicate issues quickly

Loom makes it easier for us to say what we mean without having to schedule a zoom meeting or struggle to find the right words. And using async communication allows us to free up time for deep work every day. We believe there's a place for sync time - often a conversation on Zoom is exactly what is needed. For team meetings, this ‘sync time’ is typically between 9AM-Noon PT given where the overlap of timezones where Loommates are located.

Work-Rest Balance: The way we balance the fast-paced demands of a high-growth startup and sustainability is making rest a priority. We offer a flexible PTO policy so you're able to take time off when you need it. We also go fully offline once a year between Christmas and New Year (and twice during the Pandemic). Rest is also part of the workday, not just during PTO. Taking a break for personal commitments, whether it's watching the kids or getting some exercise is a natural part of the workday.
