RingCentral is looking for a dynamic Product Marketing Manager/Senior Product Marketing Manager who will work closely with its Global Service Provider (GSP) partners and be responsible for the go-to-market execution of RingCentral’s co-branded partner products. This is an opportunity to work on a joint solution across leading global brands and transform the telecommunications market with a breakthrough cloud communications solution. This individual will drive the delivery of our go-to-market strategy, messaging, content, activities and marketing campaigns. This Product Marketing role is visible and cross-functional, requiring regular communication with product management, sales, and external staff members and partners across both organizations.
This position works very closely with our partners, and will require exceptional collaboration skills across our joint product, sales, and marketing teams. When in-person office work resumes, we anticipate this position to occasionally travel to partner locations across the US. This individual will also need to manage timely deliverables with strong communication and cross functional partnering skills.
Responsibilities Include:
- Demand Generation — Lead joint marketing campaigns to grow sales pipeline and new revenues including account-based marketing, events, promotions, digital marketing, and sales outreach.
- Sales Enablement – Enable RingCentral sales teams to conduct cross-country product training on technology features, best practices and sales plays.l Be a subject matter expert on latest innovations, market needs, and insights.
- Relationship Management – Build strong working relationships with respective partner teams, across segments and regions. Build influence and win mindshare.
- Product Release and Launches – Adapt RingCentral content for partner-specific offers. Train RingCentral field and marketing, sales, and product teams. Conduct customer and market research and provide input to product teams for new feature development.
- Customer Marketing — Work with the partner to develop customer case studies and testimonials for sales pitches, and gather customer feedback for product development.
- Competitive Study – Deliver competitive analysis on regional UC and CC markets.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree and 3-7 years of marketing experience
- Experience marketing SaaS or cloud services
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (partnership experience is a plus).
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Solid project management capability
- Self-motivated individual capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Detail and results oriented; skilled at both planning and hands-on execution
- Ability to excel in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

If you are hired in Colorado, the compensation range for this position is between $120,000 and $165,000 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
