Overview
Responsible for designing and implementing innovative talent attraction strategies which will help drive candidates to PennyMac's career opportunities. This role will focus on targeted positions and initiatives relevant to in demand hiring needs across all lines of business. Liaison with Marketing, Communications and designated brand partners across different areas in PennyMac. Work directly with Talent Acquisition Sourcing Leader to create branding strategy and marketing material to support sourcing initiatives.
Job Description

  • Design and development of social media sourcing and recruiting strategy by identifying appropriate social media channels and platforms that the recruiting team can use to meet different needs.
  • Build collateral to showcase company's and divisional value proposition on social media channels
  • Identify and implement ways to promote the value proposition on appropriate channels to improve PennyMac's name recognition as an employer of choice
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Hiring Managers/Stakeholders and conduct regular market and competitive analyses to design promotional campaigns for specific in demand roles or initiatives.
  • Develop and implement a national recruitment marketing program to help create a pipeline of active and passive candidates with a targeted focus on candidate engagement through social media channels
  • Work with TA leadership and lines of business to build social media branding strategies that support PennyMac's strategic goals specific to Veteran and Diversity hiring and implement accordingly
  • Create social media content for PennyMac's career site to help elevate and amplify the company's brand and social media presence
  • Increase Talent Acquisition presence, interaction and reputation on social media sites such as Facebook, Glassdoor, Twitter, etc. to generate relevant candidate flow
  • Supervise the production of all social media collateral and drive deployment strategy with Marketing
  • Co-Manage alongside TA leadership, all talent attraction vendors to ensure hiring efforts are in alignment with internal strategic initiatives
  • Understand candidate insights and apply learning to frame up implications to employment brand growth strategies
  • Share best practices across the talent acquisition team and educate and drive tool usage
  • Manage all communication branding within Applicant Tracking System as well as within the organizations, i.e. Employee Referral Program, PennyMac Buzz, etc.
  • Develop and maintain current training materials for Talent Acquisition to ensure all colleagues are up to date on most appropriate and relevant usage of internal systems to streamline brand presence and expectations
  • Ensure up to date branding and strategies are reflected in all ATS communications and candidate touchpoints
  • Responsible for organizing candidate Q&A, virtual job fairs etc. using platforms like Facebook Live, YouTube Live
  • Analyze the effectiveness of tactics used on social media channels to gauge increase in employment brand visibility, social interaction, followership as well as conversion into hires
  • Create and provide training to recruiters on leveraging social media to build employment brand, improve value propositions and proactively engage with potential candidates using relevant content
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned
  • Demonstrates behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values

Ideal Candidate will have the following:

  • Strong understanding of social media channels and their role in recruiting
  • Familiarity with distribution channels and media marketing campaigns
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques
  • In-depth knowledge of employer branding strategies in recruitment marketing
  • General computer skills; including use of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must be highly proficient in Excel and Word
  • Ability to conduct market analysis (and the know-how to use and interpret spreadsheets and charts)
  • Creativity
  • Must be a team player with strong attention to detail and able to work independently
  • Proven track record at delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment
