  • Develop a community engagement and growth strategy that is grounded in understanding our key audiences’ identity, behavior, and how to influence them.
  • Spearhead the development and execution of our influencer strategies across platforms and channels
  • Lead a team of cross-functional specialists that are responsible for monitoring and responding to company, product, and service inquiries across owned channels.
  • Monitor social media trends, including developments in design, applications, strategy and innovation to stay relevant and effective.
  • Collaborate across the organization, engaging leaders to help drive campaigns that build our brand narrative
  • Partner with the Brand & Communications team on executive thought leadership and employee engagement as well as the Growth team to define, execute, and optimize audience engagement with customers and prospects
  • Apply and analyze social listening analytics to track and manage performance, inform decisions on social content, and set priorities and strategies

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

  • You have 7-10 years social media experience in full-funnel marketing - from writing compelling content to owning the organic and paid strategies
  • Fluent with social platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook) and management tools (Sprout Social)
  • You have a proven track record of working cross-functionally with both internal creative and external teams and partners in marketing, communications, product, content, growth, and HR.
  • You have experience managing a social media team and/or agency
  • You’re a team-player and have experience collaborating with a global team
  • You have great writing skills and storytelling ability to communicate and connect with key audiences
  • You take initiative, keep organized, and can handle multiple projects at once and thrive in a fast-paced environment
