Senior Services Marketing Manager
Overview:

- Seeking a highly motivated individual with a deep understanding of the services, or other supply chain intensive industries, customer verticals, and competitive landscape.
Scope:
- The Offering Manager acts as a cross-functional team leader, and client advocate. An Offering Manager has two primary responsibilities: (1) Curating the offering components; and (2) managing its readiness, launch, and ongoing improvement.
- The Offering Manager will be a Luminate Platform evangelist and own the go to market plan for product launches and market communications throughout product life cycles.
- They will have the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into business benefits and develop product positioning, messaging and content that resonates with customers along each stage of the buying process.
- The Product Marketing team currently comprises of ~10 global associates across the US and UK and is expected to grow. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership qualities with a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
What you'll do:
- Drive awareness of services to multiple internal and external consumers
- Lead offering components, readiness, pricing, and delivery to the marketplace
- Lead planning and execution from inception to launch and market feedback - converting business and technical positioning and quantifiable value propositions into sales enablement and market messaging and content
- Guide competitive positioning by market segment and user/buyer persona
- Perform win/loss analysis, client feedback and market data analysis to dynamically iterate on solution/offering/approach for market segments
- Create effective materials and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders like product management, sales, partner marketing and customer success to achieve goals.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the category internally and externally, creating and delivering presentations with confidence.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Supply Chain or directly related experience required.
- At least 5-10 years in offering/product marketing
- Prior experience in product or offering management for SaaS or managed services
- Strong project planning and management skills, with proven ability to oversee complex projects from origin to execution.
- Exceptional collaboration abilities across cross-functional teams.
- Strong sense of ownership, work ethic and self-motivation.
- Experience in these additional marketing areas is a plus: Demand generation, email marketing, social media, and branding.
- Ability to prioritize and meet aggressive deadlines.
