We are looking for a high-performing Sr. Product Marketing Manager who is able to synthesize market analysis, customer needs and product capabilities into easy-to-understand messages and value propositions. The person in this role should own the strategy and execution of partner marketing programs aimed to drive demand with co-sell partners targeting key industries. We are looking for a creative technical marketing professional skilled in storytelling with good knowledge of and experience in the marketing and sales technology stack. Given what Conversica does, it’s also important to intimately understand the marketing-sales funnel.


This role will be responsible for GTM plans aligned to product updates and launches, product positioning and messaging, sales tools and collateral to foster sales enablement, and sales plays that drive clear revenue opportunities for key pillars of the Conversica portfolio. The ideal candidate will lead the execution of joint marketing campaigns and tactics including events, webinars, thought leadership, and internal communications for and with our co-sell partners. We are looking to add a creative and passionate individual who can drive strong business results while being a team player.

Responsibilities

  • Develop clear and differentiated messages and value propositions for Conversica’s portfolio that is easy for sales to deliver and compels target audiences to engage.
  • Develop comprehensive GTM plans that raises awareness across multiple channels, drives leads, increases market share, and ensures Conversica’s overall success in the market place
  • Create and present compelling, high-quality content across the funnel, including customer-facing presentations, webinars, product-related blogs, customer stories, demo scripts, social media content, videos, and website content.
  • Research and understand market, product, and competitive dynamics and socialize findings and recommendations with Sales, Product Management, and Marketing
  • Enable field teams (AEs, BDRs, AM, etc.) using training and sales tools on latest product features, competitive intelligence and key differentiators that help accelerate the sales cycle.
  • Support pricing and packaging initiatives for new product or cross-portfolio packages.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with product management, sales, marketing and other functional groups.

Requirements

  • Seven to nine years B2B SaaS experience and at least 3-5 years experience in product marketing
  • Experience in SaaS solutions like marketing clouds, Marketing Automation, CRM, or CX.
  • Experience working for one of the following vendors a bonus: Marketo, SFDC, Adobe, HubSpot, Gainsight.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - Must have experience crafting and evangelizing product messages, developing creative product marketing content and comfortable presenting to customers and sales teams alike
  • Samples of written content and creativity such as videos, brochures, white papers or other forms of marketing assets will be requested
  • Self-Starter able to deliver high output with great quality
  • Education: BA/BS degree, MBA preferred
