Ifyou are a self-led, energetic marketing professional, Honeywell currently hasan exciting opportunity for you to develop and execute marketing campaigns as aSenior Marketing Specialist II. You will be a part of the SmartEnergy global business which supports the growing demand for energy efficiencysolutions. The Honeywell marketing team provides full-service marketing for ourutility clients to deliver integrated, multichannel outreach campaigns. Ourmarketing team has designed and deployed hundreds of successful utilitymarketing campaigns and engaged millions of utility customers to learn aboutenergy usage and participate in utility-sponsored programs. Our innovativeapproaches enable us to drive measurable, cost-effective results and deliverhigh customer satisfaction.
We are looking for someone in this client-facing role with a broad range ofexperience to manage marketing, from strategy to execution, for our utilityclients. This person will build yearly marketing plans, manage budgets, andexecute on those plans in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Be part of a team that is responsible for the coordination and completion of a variety of marketing projects. You will oversee all aspects of projects, set deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of project. You will utilize a high degree of creativity and latitude in this role. You will prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project and will lead and direct the work of others. Position can be located at offices in Raleigh, NC or Charlotte, NC or Baltimore Maryland. Hybrid work schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing integrated marketing campaigns, from concept to launch, including strategic
development, creative briefs, creative development, and securing approvals; experience with email,
digital, and direct mail. - Analyzing campaign and customer data, as well as analytics to identify best prospects, marketing
strategies, and tactics to inform future marketing plans. - Developing and presenting marketing campaign results to the client during monthly, quarterly
and annual reviews. - Ability to work independently, proactively, and with ambiguity leading multiple projects and
prioritizing marketing efforts while ensuring processes are followed and projects are completed on
time and within budget. - Managing multiple external vendors and holding them accountable for quality delivery
(creative agencies, digital, website designers, printers, etc.). - Approaching business challenges from a strategic perspective that includes thinking outside
the box, problem-solving skills, resourcefulness and attention-to-detail. - Effectively partnering and collaborating with internal teams to meet goals and client objectives in
a matrix environment. - Providing thought leadership and knowledge sharing to both internal teams and clients.
- Ability to provide direction and oversight on work deliverables, coaching and mentoring to junior
level team members. - Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Highlevel for attention to detail and be able to identify process improvements.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing
- 3+ years using MS Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook

- Demonstrated financial acumen and ability to successfully manage budgets
- Experience in project management and executing marketing campaigns such as direct mail,
email and online advertising - 3+ years of project management in a fast-paced environment
- Advertising agency or client-facing experience
- Energy marketing experience
- Experience working in B2C and B2B channels
- Google Analytics experience
- Experience deploying campaigns through a marketing automation platform like Constant Contact,
Eloqua, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud - Market to corporate and agency leadership experience a plus
- Familiar with the field's practices and procedures
- Excellent organizational and project planning skills
- Ability to operate collaboratively
- Strong project management skills
