Tired of developing amazing marketing processes, technologies, analytics and data for me-too products in slow-growing companies? Now is the time for a change! Conversica is looking for an amazing Senior Marketing Operations Manager to join our awesome Marketing team. You will report to the Head of Demand Generation and work cross-functionally with the marketing, sales, and revenue operations teams to build and optimize our marketing technology stack, develop and deploy marketing processes and produce relevant reports and analysis we need to support our growth. In addition, you’ll become the best-practice user of using our own Conversica solutions to drive increased lead engagement and sales success. This a critical position that will have direct impact on the accelerating growth of a company defining a new category: Conversational AI for revenue teams.

What you'll do

  • In collaboration with the head of Demand Generation, manage the evaluation, implementation, and budgets of the marketing technology stack, including Marketo, 6Sense, and Bizible as well as our lead capture, scoring, routing, and enrichment capabilities using 3rd party tools like ZoomInfo, LeanData, Openprise, etc
  • Set-up and optimize marketing programs, campaigns and lead flow process from channels to marketing automation and CRM systems that ensure we are operating at peak efficiency with crisp and flawless execution. 
  • Develop buyer journey mappings and audience segmentation to deliver more targeted and relevant messaging and lead scoring weighted to support the buyer’s journey. 
  • Measure, analyze, and report campaign and channel performance weekly; provide campaign performance briefs to marketing and sales leadership based on agreed upon KPI’s.
  • Drive best in class data capture and management. Provide regular database health checks, cleansing and augmentation
  • Be the best-practice user of our own AI Assistants to ensure that no lead is left behind, create best practice guidelines that can be used by our marketing and sales teams to evangelize to our customers and prospects and partner with our product team to solve new challenges and open new opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with the regulations that govern the activities we undertake in the industries and locales we serve.

What you'll bring

  • Stellar experience in a B2B SaaS marketing operations role, ideally in the marketing and sales technology markets
  • Deep expertise and curiosity evaluating, onboarding, managing and operating a modern marketing tech stack that includes Marketo, Bizible, 6Sense, and intent and enrichment data providers.
  • Demonstrated leadership in applying marketing technology to improve execution and contribute to company growth (and even better if you’ve shared that leadership with the community)
  • An analytical mind and an eye for detail, so nothing falls through the cracks and insights and understanding are freely shared
  • Clear thinker and communicator with excellent written and oral communication skills
  • First-rate project management, teamwork, interpersonal, and relationship management skills; comfort interacting at all levels of the organization
