Position Summary
We’re looking for a creative and mission-driven marketer with experience supporting demand generation and lead generation teams execute in a timely manner. In this cross-functional role, the candidate will have ownership over significant operations in the marketing technology stack and will work closely with stakeholders from across the organization and regions to strategize, organize, enable, and expand capabilities that support evolving EMEA marketing goals. This position reports to the EMEA Marketing Director. This role is the first Marketing Operations hire at Workato in EMEA.
This exciting opportunity will tap into your strong project management, attention to detail, analytical and interpersonal skills to drive the success of our marketing programs in the region. You will be responsible for partnering closely with our EU-based and US-based marketing teams and our in-region sales ops team.
Responsibilities
We are looking for an exceptional Sr. Operations Marketing Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible to:
STRATEGY
Administer and be a subject matter expert for all Marketing Technology in our stack including but not limited to Marketo, Salesforce and Workato.
Ensure effective and efficient design of technology stack and related processes.
Align with local and global stakeholders to assess needs, perform gap analysis and build a roadmap for new technology and capability development.
Monitor vendor and data hygiene of operational systems while supporting to keep Workato GDPR compliant.
Provide regular marketing funnel, pipeline and KPI reporting and analysis.
Analysis of marketing data and campaign effectiveness to develop recommendations to optimize our marketing activities.
Creating documentation on scalable processes, share best practices, and provide training to enable EMEA team members.
Becoming a Workato Automation Pro II. Able to create Workato recipes to automate marketing processes.
EXECUTION
Building lead lists to upload into SFDC/Marketo.
Uploading lead lists into SFDC/Marketo and ensure correct synchronizing and routing of leads and contacts between Marketo, SFDC, Workato and Slack automations.
Creating forms on Marketo.
Creating email templates on Marketo.
Building reports for EMEA marketing inbound and outbound activities.
Building marketing reports for different EMEA regions.
Making sure opportunities and meetings are tagged correctly in SFDC.
Managing our EMEA database on Marketo.
RequirementsQualifications / Experience / Technical Skills
5+ years B2B SaaS marketing operations experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Computer Science preferred
Hands-On Experience with salesforce.com Administration and Marketo
Experience with Outreach is a plus
Demonstrated expertise in building mature marketing technology stacks, integrating marketing tools to support business objectives, and establishing scalable processes
Ability to work on multiple, simultaneous marketing programs
Ability to travel as needed
Native and/or Fluent in English
