Sr. Marketing Manager, Snap Lab

Snap Lab is the hardware division within Snap Inc. where we experiment with bringing physical and digital worlds together through wearable technology like Spectacles (AR eyewear), and other hardware innovation.
We’re looking for a senior marketer to help lead our Snap Lab Marketing team focused on go-to-market and long-term customer strategies. You will be responsible for owning the strategic marketing plan development, including campaign strategy, creative development and execution across Snap hardware. You will lead a cross-functional team to fulfill key business objectives: building brand, driving engagement and retention. This person must be a highly collaborative, hands-on leader who is comfortable building strategies from the ground up, and influencing others through action and results.
What you’ll own:
Product Positioning & Strategy: Help define consumer product positioning in partnership with the Lab product team, specifically focused on audience and brand development for GTM planning.
Campaign Development: Lead the XFN team to develop smart Marketing strategies deeply rooted in consumer insights and behaviors.
XFN Partnership: This person will be responsible for updating and engaging in key dialogue with internal stakeholders at every level including executive team members.
Brand Management: Champion the brand and positioning of products while in market.
Team Mentorship: Provide guidance, leadership and daily decisions for campaign work.
Agency Management: Provide strategic direction and manage daily communication with Marketing agencies of record.
Budget Management: Accountable for go-to-market budget including forecasting and actual management in partnership with Marketing ops and Financial teams.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Natural relationship builder with an emphasis on proactive problem solving
Strategic/curious mindset
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Minimum Qualifications:
8-12 years experience in Consumer and/or Product Marketing in tech space (camera, AR, VR a bonus)
Experience leading a XFN team and multiple agencies globally
Background building or working with global emerging brands and/or products
Well versed in creative development and strategic guidance within the campaign development cycle
Preferred Qualifications:
Finger on the pulse of culture and impactful Marketing
Passion for emerging tech and visual communication
Experience working in AR/VR/traditional camera space
