The candidate will also perform analyst engagement and manage communication to multiple industry analysts.Specifically, candidate must:Honeywell Connected Enterprise is looking for a Sr. Marketing Automation Expert with a high level of Marketo experience. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing software business as it scales. As a Sr. Marketing Automation Expert, you will manage end-to-end automation in Marketo to support the business. You will help run programs that contribute to goals for new business sales and current customers. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, ambitious, and not afraid to recommend new ways of enhancing business processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop end-to-end marketing automation programs in Marketo including emails, nurture campaigns, landing pages, tracking, forms, templates, lists, virtual events/webinars, lead scoring, demand waterfall workflows, etc.
  • Query data from multiple sources including SalesForce.com and Marketo
  • Ensure timely delivery of assets and campaigns while ensuring best in class quality and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders across the business, spanning multiple regions and languages.
  • Leverage knowledge of best practices to improve campaigns and take them to the next level.
  • Provide regular reporting analysis along with recommendations for areas of improvement.
  • Utilize issue-tracking system to record, prioritize, communicate, and track relevant requests


YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree in BA or BS.
  • 5+ years prior work experience in a related role.
  • 3+ years of direct experience with Marketo and Salesforce.com is a must.


WE VALUE

  • Marketo Expert Certification highly valued. Other Marketo Certifications.
  • Familiarity with email and web design including layout, usability, basic HTML/CSS code, graphic design and related technologies is required.
  • Experience with Adobe systems such as Dreamweaver is essential to this position.
  • Understanding of GDPR, CANSPAM, CCPA and other global data privacy and email regulations.
  • Ability to work in a team setting and have a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
