We’re looking for a talented Marketing Analyst to join our exceptional team, help us continue our rapid growth, and create a better way forward for our customers. In this position, in our Marketing team, you will have an opportunity to work on a variety of analytical challenges to serve stakeholders within the team and cross-functional teams. You will be playing a key role in deriving insights from Fundbox’s marketing data to give a direction to our marketing strategy and tactics. You’ll have the opportunity to develop marketing reports and work on a variety of data analysis projects related to conversion funnel optimization, programmatic marketing analysis, life cycle analysis, and customer segmentation.
In this role, you will
- Design, build and maintain scalable dashboards that provide reliable tracking views for conversion funnel optimization and marketing channels performance.
- Execute on a wide range of analysis, translate marketing data into insights and recommendations that are actionable for the Marketing team and across the company.
- Analyze, measure, and optimize our marketing investment across performance marketing channels.
- Develop insightful analysis and reports to support marketing by analyzing customer segmentation and industry verticals.
- Collaborate closely with our performance, brand and content marketing teams to develop quantitative analysis, tools, and reports to support marketing decision making.
- Juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment through effective communication with peers.
You should have
- 3+ years of experience in a quantitative analytics role
- Strong collaboration, analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Advanced technical skills - SQL and Excel proficiency required, R/Python experience a plus
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau preferred)
- Ability to perform analysis with a high degree of autonomy and accuracy
- Strong sense of ownership and business intuition
- BS / MS - quantitative disciplines (Mathematics / Statistics/ Engineering or a related discipline) preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Financial services experience
- Experience in digital or direct/database marketing
- Experience with digital marketing paid platforms (e.g. Facebook Ad Manager, Google Ad Words, GDN/Doubleclick, Tag Manager)
