Sr. Manager, Operations Management & Marketing Execution
The Role:

The Sr. Manager, Process Management & Marketing Execution Lane will be responsible for engaging with leaders across Small Business Card to enable delivery of marketing campaigns that support the strategy and product needs of the organization. The Sr. Manager will be responsible for leading the overall operation of the Marketing Execution Lane including forecasting capacity, automating planning and build schedules, and enabling over 25 associates to deliver their best work across creative, digital, and segmentation builds. The Sr. Manager will work closely with leaders across Small Business Card, the Marketing Process Manager, Project Manager, and Team Leads to prioritize incoming work, manage trade offs and recommend staffing and process needs.
Specific responsibilities include:
Drive efficiency and effectiveness of marketing execution, including automation of planning and scheduling tools on Workfront
Collaborate with Small Business Card intent owners to forecast needs and achieve desired outcome and appropriate solutions to their Marketing Execution needs
Prioritize, negotiate and remove blockers to orchestrate successful launch of intent in a well managed environment
Leverage agile practices, where appropriate to increase delivery throughput, reduce risk and drive overall stakeholder satisfaction and engagement
Identify and implement process improvements in coordination with component team leads to drive issue resolution/risk mitigation activities
Coordinate with component team leads to assess Level of Effort assessments necessary to prioritize and schedule intent
Develop a core understanding of internal Small Business Card customers’ Marketing Execution process needs and work through component teams to address gaps
Maintain necessary process documentation of the Marketing Experience process steps not maintained directly by component teams
Coordinate alignment between multiple up and down stream stakeholder groups including any SB Card teams who require Marketing Builds
Lead end to end process design and improvement work
Deliver well-managed campaign execution and support audits and exams as needed.

Strong process skills with a product mindset
Ability to proactively identify impediments on the critical path and remove them
Excellent communication skills to engage intent owners across a variety of levels and experience with Marketing Experience delivery
A structured problem-solving approach to help a team work through a wide range of issues
Ability to prioritize across different types of value dimensions
Desire to collaborate across component teams and organization structures to influence core needs for Small Business Card marketing needs
A curious, learning mindset to understand the needs of our internal and external customers and recommend improvements to better their experience
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
At least 3 years of Process Management or Project Management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s Degree
3+ years of Marketing Operations or Agency experience
3+ years of Risk Management experience
5+ years of Process and Project Management experience
BPM, Lean, PMP Certifications
